thats a cockatiel. if you dont live in australia,(their wild home) then id try taking it into your house because it could die out side on its own. maybe try finding its owner, put up ads or something

That would be a normal colored cockatiel. Cockatiels come in many, many color variations. That color is the most common and is what all wild cockatiels from Australia look like. Check the paper for any lost bird ads.

It is a cockatiel, I presume it is a domesticated one that's why it doesn't mind you being there.
