Can a son claim right over the property gifted by the father ?

    Son can claim if that property is gifted to someone else. If it is gifted to you then ......

  • If your father gifted the property then you (son) are the owner of that property. You (son) are having entire rights over the property.

    if the property is self acquired by the father nad he has gifted the property any one ther are no scope f getting the same. in case of inherent property the gift an be challenged.
