The only ones I'd consider would be those where a pregnant person is being forced to have an abortion against their will.

Making abortion illegal in either case wouldn't solve a thing.

Those with money would still get an abortion. They would just go where it's legal, or find someone willing to do it anyways.

Those who couldn't would abuse their child because it was the wrong gender or loved the wrong gender.

Meanwhile society would still abuse and neglect those children even if the parents didn't.

We would be willing to eliminate 80% of them by giving kids age appropriate comprehensive sexual education, free access to the best forms of birth control, and programs to coordinate the birth control needs with area doctors that may be needed to install them. 80% is reachable, 90% has been accomplished in other countries with those policies.

None. It isn't the government's business. The government should have no say in the matter of abortion. States should be barred from passing any restrictions, and be required to have one clinic per 10,000 citizens.

Forcing women to bear unwanted/unintended fetuses to term against their wills (enforced pregnancy/maternal slavery) is a practical impossibility...except maybe for women without means...going to be a lot of children born into poverty...
