    Is that a diameter or a radius? And are those feet, meters, yards?

    I'm going to assume that's a diameter of 18 feet and a height of 4 feet.

    The volume of a cylinder is:

    V = πr² h

    r : radius (9)

    h : height (4)

    V = π * 9² * 4

    V = 324π

    V ≈ 1,018 cubic feet

    A cubic foot holds about 7.48 gallons of water.

    V = 1,018 cu. ft x 7.48 gal/cu.ft.

    ≈ 7,615 gallons

    Answer:

    About 7,615 gallons

    Hard to say with no units given on 18 nor on 4.
