Best deal for downloading high quality music?
Yes I've always downloaded music free, but I've noticed the quality and volume level is all over the place with the free stuff.
I'm hoping to find like a subscription based service that let's me download like unlimited 320kbps content.
I tried Google Play and the quality is good, but apparently you have to pay $9.99 a month to ACCESS the music, then in order to physically download it you have to pay an additional fee per song. Plus I guess you can only download to a few devices and you have to be signed into your account just to listen to it.
Why is this so difficult? Does nobody offer unlimited TRUE downloads for a monthly fee?

anywhere that allows you to download "unlimited" songs to "unlimited" devices is likely not a legit service. (ie operating illegally).
if you have the stream, what more could you want? you have a pc, every pc is capable of recording audio that is being played. just record the audio stream :/
can use something like audacity. just set record to "stereo mix" and record the stream. export it as a 320Kbps mp3. (requires lame mp3 encoder found on audacity's site)
