Hunger issues??!!!?
I get this thing where I will have a stomach ache but I ll think it s hunger so I ll eat something and find out that I wasn t hungry and it s making me fat. And I m getting really self conscious.
Any suggestions of what to do when I get the hungry feeling so I stop eating as much??!! Please!!??

Drink 8 glasses of water a day, and whenever you get that feeling just eat fruits and vegetables. Workout 4-5 times a week for a minimum of 30 minutes. You're not fat; don't worry about it! Make a scheduled meal plan, so basically only eat what you plan at that certain time. Your body will get used to the schedule and won't gain weight.
