Met a girl on a plane... Now What?

Well what are the odds! I was in Toronto yesterday for a wedding, flew back to Ottawa today and at first I thought I was going to be on my own. Then a beautiful brunette sat beside me and we hit it off! It was an hour flight, but we got along great and we exchanged numbers.

Thing is, she is only in town till the end of the week and I don't want to seem like I'm desperate, or scare her off by asking her out too early. Any advice on how I should approach this? I'm positive she's single, and she frequently visits Ottawa to be with family. So what would you recommend I do?
