Ok so I’m 33 and just started a new job at a dealership. I try to be friendly to everyone and started chatting with one of the hostesses. We have quite a bit in common and then she brought up her age. She is only 20. I overheard her and another girl who is older and who I think likes me to say “just ask him if he has a girlfriend. I’m thinking about it.” The other girl I think is in her mid 20s.

Now I just started at the new job and I am single and they both are attractive, but going out with a girl who is 13 years younger at work would raise a few question marks. Any advice for how to deal with this?

A couple of weeks ago, I hit it off ok with this girl I met online. Now at the end of the date, I could tell after the bill arrived (which I paid), she seemed like she wanted to keep chatting with me. We did and then I said we should get together again and what's your number?

My employer a couple of years ago promised me work at a certwin start date. I had to move to a different city, quit two jobs, and use up my savings for two months until I could start work. Just wondering if there is a law against this. This happened a couple of years ago.

A few years ago I was battling major depression and was acting rather erratically. I found out that my company was investigating me because they were under the impression I was doing something illegal. Which I wasn't. Just wondering if its legal for a company to do such a thing and what could the reprocussions be?

Fyi I'm still with the company 3 years later, but still don't really trust them if what they did was in fact illegal. I'm also no longer depressed

Ok so about a month ago, my sister-in-law hooked me up with a friend of hers. Her friend (let's say Molly) was pretty cute, smart, good sense of humor, but shy. She also just broke it off with her boyfriend a month prior to the meet. So after the meet I suggested we meet up and get to know each other. She seemed enthusiastic about it and next thing you know we are at a museum, then out for a nice dinner.

Now I thought things went well, as I mentioned my family had a parrot, she asked when she could meet him and said she'd like to hang out again but her schedule was chaotic the following week. Later that week I tried to see if she was available the following week. She said she was busy, but sent a kind message about trying to stay warm as there was a hwat warnjng. Skip ahead two weeks later, I decided to give her a call. She said she was between jobs and probably won't be able to hangout for a few more weeks.

So my question to you is what ahould I do. Is this girl actually interested in hanging out? Fyi she did just break off a relationship and is actually looking for work after a busy summer, but I'm not really getting a direct answer here. Should I wait, or move on?

Well what are the odds! I was in Toronto yesterday for a wedding, flew back to Ottawa today and at first I thought I was going to be on my own. Then a beautiful brunette sat beside me and we hit it off! It was an hour flight, but we got along great and we exchanged numbers.

Thing is, she is only in town till the end of the week and I don't want to seem like I'm desperate, or scare her off by asking her out too early. Any advice on how I should approach this? So let me start by saying I've been friends with one buddy since I was like 10. We had a similar upbringing. Both of our fathers were successful and helped us financially. Thing is his became an alcoholic and drank himself to death while mine, (who had a heart attack and still works at 68), still lives and helps me financially.

Now I'm 30 and my friend is 25. We both live on our own, but work in the same job and same position. Thing is he's really jealous of me because I get more hours than him and living in the city we live in you need help so I am. We get paid $15 an hour but its only for 8 months of the year.

Plus he has a roommate and I don't so we pay the equal amount of rent and he's still having issues. I pay for my visa, cell, hydro and most of my rent and he is going around the workplace bitching about what I spend my money on and the fact I get help. I hate to get help but its just the way how it goes and I didn't want to have a roommate. So my question to you is how do I deal with a friend who is jealous and potentially holds a grudge. I still consider the guy a friend and feel sorry for the bad luck but want to try to help out. Any suggestions to help someone not be jealous?

When I started my recent job the HR boss stated that if they suspect me of a crime, they have a right to monitor my personal cell phone and email and were given special permission by a judge. It all seems very sketchy and thing is I can't do anything about it because its a family run company. But I suspect that the person who interviewed me went ahead and monitored my cell phone and emails as I overheard them talking about certain emails I sent that they wouldn't have known about.

So what can I do? What can they be charged with? Also are there any apps that can prevent hackers from eavesdropping?

Ok so a couple of weeks ago my bro had a big keg party with over 50 people. Now to start this off I will point out I'm not very good at picking up girls plus get anxiety and drink too much in big groups and when I'm drunk I think I can pick up anyone. My company had an agreement with a judge for a special option. If the company feels that a coworker is doing something illegal that they have the right to spy on their personal email, smartphone and computer.

Now I am pretty sure that what that judge did is illegal and same for the company. A few months back I got into a bit of a heated argument via texting with my boss. Some things I said were meant to be a joke, but my boss decided not to believe it was and has decided that seeing how he is a hacker, he now can spy on my personal cell phone and email to monitor any information I may have.
