Girl who is way younger is interested in me... need help!?

Ok so I’m 33 and just started a new job at a dealership. I try to be friendly to everyone and started chatting with one of the hostesses. We have quite a bit in common and then she brought up her age. She is only 20. I overheard her and another girl who is older and who I think likes me to say “just ask him if he has a girlfriend. I’m thinking about it.” The other girl I think is in her mid 20s.

Now I just started at the new job and I am single and they both are attractive, but going out with a girl who is 13 years younger at work would raise a few question marks. Any advice for how to deal with this?
