Sexual sins. Statue of limitations seems to protect the perpetrator and not the victim? Most perpetrators tend to repeat their compulsions?

And the victims suffer emotional troubles their entire lives? Where is the justice?

This is not justice. That is why there is no statute of limitations on criminal offences in the United Kingdom. Inour country nobody can be immune from prosecution just because the authorities were slow catching up with them. There must be a flaw in the legal system where you live.

If you care to look up the UK newspapers or BBC news-feeds over the last few years you will see that we are prosecuting rapists who committed their offences 30 or more years ago. Sadly, some of these were popular children's entertainers who were abusing their young fans and their crimes were only revealed decades later.

"Statue of limitations seems to protect the perpetrator and not the victim?"

    Obviously. That's the goal.
