Photoshop text is blurry, sharp,crip,strong,smooth etc options aren't making it sharp. It's only sharp when zoomed at a certain percentage.?
Before I'm pretty sure it would resharpen whenever you zoomed in or out except near and at pixel level. How can I fix this and if you don't know how can I reset/reluanch photoshop to its original factory settings? (Quitting and reopening hasn't fixed it either.) Thanks friends. :)

All you should be concerned about is what it looks like at 100%. Everything else is meaningless. Is there a problem at 100%? If so, you might want to add a screenshot to your question so we can see what's going on.
