What are your favorite healthy frozen meals?

    I've yet to find a frozen prepped meal that is worth its weight. You can spend $6 on something that weighs less than 2 oz and having very little real protein. With that said, if I was in a place that only had frozen meals, I'd probably get some kind of Asian style food.

    Yep, a meal for me needs to weigh in total at least a pound. Even then, it's not enough for what I do.
