Thyroid issue/severe symptoms, should I go to the ER?
I missed two doses of my Synthroid a week ago. Each day since I've felt awful. Today I've felt tired and weak. Within the past three hours however I've randomly got anxiety and depression. So much I'm about to have a panic attack. I have no reason to be anxious or depressed. Absolutely none. I also have brain fog and tunnel vision. I was driving home (where I am now) and just about couldn't make it. I almost had to stop somewhere. Should I go to the ER and get my blood check ASAP? I almost feel I can't even function. I feel nauseous also.
I'm also concerned because what if this isn't my thyroid but rather something else? My BP feels high right now too. Horrendous headache. I also have a nodule on my thyroid that hasn't even been examined yet.

Thyroxine has a half-life in the body of 6 days. So if you missed 6 days in a row and your thyroid was producing none, then the level would drop to 50%. Missing a day or 2 will have little or no noticable effect.
So, it's either psychosomatic or it's something else.

A blood test would answer these questions. Mostly this sounds like you are panicked. You could conceivably have missed more, try not to though, and still you would not have noticed.
While having the doctor's checkup, you express your concerns there. The doctor then addresses them.
