Struggling to get pregnant ..... Help !!?

Ok well for me I always can get pregnant by having sex as SOON as my period ends the day it stops and the day after because that's when I happen to ovulate and never knew that until i got pregnant with my first it took me 5 years to get pregnant with her, so you could try that and also sex EVERY DAY the whole month may be tiring but it will make sure your having intercourse when you need to ovulation tests also help if you haven't tried that yet you can Google fertility pills and read reviews to find a good one to help you with conceiving. There is also cervix checks you can do by washing your hands good putting one leg on the toilet and feeling for your cervix when you're ovulating the cervix should be high soft (like your lips) open and wet when your period comes it should be low hard like the tip of your nose and open when you get pregnant it will stay high soft and wet and will close tightly
