You need to check your main switch and find out if what are the usually reasons why it's always sparks. Or maybe the main reason is your outlet has a problem with its wire, or it has a broken wires inside that causes sparks and shorts circuits. And if these advices still won't work, I recommend you to search on Google for best electrical contractors near you.
