Call him stunty unless you get him in a bigger tank. Stunty is a name that'll fit.

Sarcasm aside, Pi would be an okay name. I like Spike better. It fits the fish more.

Just in case you haven't heard (I don't know how you couldn't, most people will scream this at you the second you say anything about bettas...)

Bettas are happiest in more than 3 gallons of water (5 gallons being best), with a gentle filter (like a sponge filter), and a heater (adjustable is always better than not). Weekly water changes (no more than 50% at a time) and water conditioner (such as Prime) help as well.

The above is not me assuming you don't know how to care for the fish, it's just me making sure you know what's best for the fish. Will it live without the above? Yes. But ti might not live as long or be as active without the above.

Lovely looking betta. Glad you're putting him in a large tank (read of the comments). Pi is a very clever name. Alpha maybe as a name? But I like Pi. Its lovley, just like the betta
