Acid Reflux? Anxiety? GERDS? Do i have them? whats causing these issues?
I am curious to know if what i am experiencing may be acid reflux, early signs of gerds,, or just simply a constant anxiety attack.
It sort of feels like something is wrong in the area of my stomach up to the sternum part of the digestive system.
I did research and some say its anxiety but i am on medication that is supposed to help with that. The medication is Bupropion an anti depressent. Some know it as Welbutrin... i think i spelled it right.
Ok to get a little more detailed these are some other things i am experiencing or at least have noticed:
Gassy ( more burps then anything)
Feels like my chest is full of phlegm so i cough or hack up some mucus because it just feels like i need to.
I feel pressure near the stomach area. Feels like large chunks of things are floating and spinning around in my stomach. Sometimes it feels a little stingy.
I did see my doctor about this issue and because i told them it felt like tightness in the chest they did an EKG and that came out fine.
Is anyone else experiencing this or similiar issues that can possibly tell me what you have been diagnosed with?

These are great natural ways to help with acid reflux https://tr.im/acidrefluxremedies
1) Eliminate trigger foods: these can be things like chocolate, caffeine, tomato paste products
2) if you are taking medicines, make sure you are taking it correctly
3) Drink mint tea - for some of my patients, mint tea tends to not only help with GERD, but also other GI issues

Sounds like a side effect from the medication which causes stomach pain as well as, agitation, dry mouth, insomnia, headache, nausea, constipation, stomach pain, dizziness, ringing in the ears, vision problems, loss of interest in sex, sore throat, muscle pain, itching or skin rash, increased sweating, increased urination, and tremor. Some patients may experience weight loss or gain.
Perhaps you need a change in medication.

why do you continue consulting a crap-for-brains pill pushing failure who knows nothing of the cause of most health problems?
