What would the world be like without fear?

It would be quite hard to imagine such a world, yet can a world without fear truly be imagined?

If fear didn't exist, but people understood one another, it would form a world where peace would be able to exist, or at least give it a chance to exist. This is because people would no longer fear others actions, but would be able to understand them, resulting in the ability to compromise with one another. Perhaps this isn't directly linked to your question, but you could view fear being a much needed emotion, for if everyone understood everything, it would lead people to question their own life. If one does not fear death, or the world around them, or fear the unknown, then what is the point in living? In a world where everything is known, and there is nothing to fear, it thus means there is nothing to explore, and nothing to learn. It could perhaps lead to a world that is a dystopian, people living for no purpose but to live.

I think it would be a pretty messed up place, I mean if there still would be an earth. A lot of people decide not to do things because of fear but if there was no fear more people would do what they want when they want and some of that would be horribly stupid, which would probably lead to the destruction of the world or something similar.
