Do "contestants" on American Ninja Warrior get TV appearance fees if they are shown on NBC?
No one has ever "won" American Ninjia Warrior but they spend so much money and time training. I was wondering if they receive any compensation short of the "million dollar prize" that is nearly impossible to win.

The honer is for the chance to be the first, it's a title not cash. Plus they can show off for anyone (attractive people they may be interested in/ haven't met yet) who is watching.
