We have a cousin who married a lovely Japanese girl. They named their daughter Miyabi. I think that's the correct spelling. Of course, that's probably Japanese.
Maybe you could name the baby Kimberly. I tried Kimberjee or Kimbermee but I'm not sure those would be so great. The baby could also maybe be Mika, pronouced mee-kah, or Jaime or Jamie, some variation of spelling, pronounced Jay-mee. Jamaica would include a nod to all the first initials of your wife's name, or maybe some variation on that, such as Jamika (jah-mee-kah) or Jakima (jah-kee-mah). Hope I'm not being too silly. Then there's Majorca, which could, for instance, be spelled Majorka. Majorca is an exotic place pronounced mah-yor-ka.
P.S. There's also Kimber.
