To get people to watch you need to be creating high quality engaging content, the more you are keeping consistent uploading the more people will choose to stick around. Do unique things that you think will get an audience, don't get to obsessed over the numbers as long as you are enjoying what you are doing viewers will come along eventually, it can take months, or even years to start getting a decent audience just keep at it and learn from your best videos.
