Is there a reason why I am always so hot?
Every summer I have to wear shorts and a t-shirt or tank top because I am very warm. I am only 19 years old, so it has nothing to do with menopause. It is because I am used to the winter?
Thanks

Some people are just more warm natured meaning that they usually feel warmer than others. Not unusual and some girls are the opposite and feel too cold, even in warm weather. Don't worry about it but if you're on any kind of medication, a side effect of some is to make the person feel warmer. If no meds are involved, you're just warm natured and not to worry!! : }

You have a high powered metabolism. I am betting that you can 'eat anything you want' and 'not gain a pound'.
If you stay away from foods that have BPH's in them you can avoid the metabolic syndrome that a lot of people have and continue the healthy way you are.
Now, if you are wearing sleeveless tops and shorts outside on a 40 degree day because you feel too warm...or if you are breaking out in a sweat in a 65 degree room, then you may have a vitamin D deficiency and you should talk to your doctor
