Since we don't know either you nor your parents, and since we have absolutely NO CLUE as to how they're failing to treat you "better", why would you possibly imagine that we could tell YOU how to change it? Seriously, dude. Does that seem sensible to you?

Leave them. Just for a few days. Long enough to make them seriously worry.

You cannot change people. You can only change yourself - your reactions to your parents and how you interact with them.
