where is the best place to train Pokemon in Pokemon ruby?

hmm, for wild pokemon, I'd say Victory Road, I'm not quite sure where the best places to train are, I can't remember really, but Victory road was where I went

I would run through the elite four over and over again. whatever pokemon your wanting to level needs to be first on your list and as soon as the fight starts swap them out for a higher level pokemon

Why train when you can just use Rare Candy
