Child Custody.?
My sister and then current bf lost custody to her first child 3yrs ago now she is having a second child with a different bf. Would she have custody of the second baby even though she was deemed unfit for the first?

It depends on the state you live in. Go to childwelfare.gov and look at the state statute tools, enter your state and also click "Termination of Parental Rights". That will give you specifics. Some states, it depends if it was a voluntary or involuntary termination, other states it's different. If I were her, I would move out of the jurisdiction that she had the previous case in.

CPS will not take current one unless she is reported to CPS and they find her to be unfit. The case from 3 years ago for first child has nothing to do with current child.
