How to become angry for a fight?
I know being angry during a fight isn't any good, however I was in a fight once and yes I hate him and I could have knocked him out , he was very weak and talked lots of crap. Even though he swung first I hate to hurt people. If I punch someone in the face or something I can feel what I have done and imagine the pain and sound. Then the damage I done is played in my head as if it has been done to me. I am wondering how to get at least a little angry so I don't care. This is to only protect myself

Using your anger constructively gives you a kind of heightened sense of what is going on in a fight. Anger makes you do and then wonder what you did that is the reason that anger used wrongly is detrimental.
