I don't like vegan cheese but you can buy vegan grated parmesan cheese in tubs.

The store bought vegan cheeses recommended to me over-promised and under-delivered.
Vomit tastes and smells better than vegan cheese does.

Vegan cheeses are horrible with my experience, most don't melt and just taste weird.

Daiya. Chao. And yes they do melt. Add broth or liquid and melt slowly over whatever its on. If you cant get daiya to melt you have problems. Daiya tastes great, and its creamy, with spag sauce whatever. People dont COMBINE it with anything. Eating anything "out of the package " is going to be gross. I wouldnt eat chewy gummy real cheese again if you paid me.
