12 month old with a hoarse voice?

It started 2 days ago. It hasn't got worse, so that's good. Only other symptom is she is a little more cranky. When napping and bedtime, we have a humidifier going in her room, having her drink extra fluids and vapor baths.

Anything else we can do? When to call the doc?

She has no other symptoms? Just a bit of hoarse voice?

I wouldn't be concerned. If she spikes a fever over 103F that doesn't respond to infant Advil or seems to be in pain, see a doctor.

What your doing sounds like more than enough. If she is on solids (no formula or breastmilk), giving age appropriate vitamins is a good idea. Warm liquids (if she will take them) will help with a sore throat. I don't see any cause for concern.

Sounds like your doing good, only thing I would add is some chicken noodle soup. I wouldn't even call the doc unless she gets much worse.
