Brewing hot tea and putting ice once i remove the tea bag?

    Are you trying to make iced tea? If that's the case, I would let it cool down before you put the ice in it. Otherwise, the ice will just melt without actually cooling it down enough to become "iced" tea. If you're just trying to cool it down enough to drink (but it's still hot) then that's fine. But for iced tea, you need to let it cool completely and/or put it in the fridge for a few hours.

    Some people cold brew their iced teas as well.
