Articulate British little boy characters??

For a drama performance, a duologue to be exact, I m to be playing a male 7 year old British boy who is upper class and I would describe him as posh. I am female and not familiar with playing male characters. So any tips on how I can show I m male through body language? But my main question is does anyone know any TV shows or movies with a character with that accent a similar age and personality?
