I would consult a doctor; swollen glands mean that you have an infection and an infection or medical problem that persists for two or more weeks should be checked out.

Your tonsils might be infected.. It may happen because you ate something cold when your tonsils are warm .. You can use Augmontin or let the doctor prescribe u some thing ... Get well soon!!
