I'm guessing that the successful applicants will be about 30 years old or more in 2038

Which means they were born in 2008 or later

And would have finished high school about 2028

If that is you, then study hard -- particularly English, Maths and science subjects

Note that the first trip to Mars will be an orbit and return.

The first landing will likely be in the 2040s

Since you dont know how to search for yourself on the internet, you have exactly 0% chances to go on Mars.To be able to go there, you need to have atleast a decent intelligence.

Besides that, living on Mars would be like living in a prison with a much lower gravity. You would need to exercise atleast a few hours per day,to remain healthy.Of course, you couldnt take a shower. There are many other problems.

People who will go there will spend the rest of their lives living there. After some time, they will all break down mentally or physically.I cant write all the problems. You have the internet, amd you will realize, that with a current tehnology,we cant live comfortably on Mars.

NASA is not a club. You don't 'join' it. If you want to work for NASA, apply for a job with them. Check out their website for their job site.

NASA is not planning a manned mission to Mars anytime in the forseeable future.

They don't take just anyone, and there is more to it than just them training you up in a month and you are good to go. NASA astronauts usually have a pretty good educational or military background in some sort of science.

You will need to achieve things in your subjects, and develop a path to a job at NASA.

Show them your skills, and you will get there.

    Here are the missions:

    Project Empire [Scrapped]

    Lewis Mars [Scrapped]

    ***** Mars [Scrapped]

    Project Demios [Scrapped]

    Mars Direct [Scrapped]

    The Constellation Missions [Scrapped]

    Oh wait...

NASA does not yet have a project in place to send people to Mars.

Start by getting at least a bachelor's in any exact science. Physics, maths, astronomy, something like that. Add to that physical fitness and then apply.
