Is the reluctance to publish the Chilcot Report proof that it contains political dynamite?

If it was not hiding a lot of things including criminal activities, including and not exclusively murder, it would have been published

It is an investigation into the British participation in the Iraq war and als allegedly false information given by Blair to parliament using deliberately "amended" and misleading intelligence reports

To my surprise I have been given to understand that the delay is Chilcot himself. is he spinning it out jus to keep his income going?
