How can I get back into my user Profile on my laptop?
I have a password for my user profile on my laptop and now I cannot get into it even though I am using the correct pass word. What is coming up on screen is.
Service Failed to login .
User Profile cannot be loaded.
I cannot reset my password as I have no disc with any reset what can I do to get back in there as I can t access any photo s etc

It could be that the user profile file is corrupted, I had that problem with Win7 once years ago. Web search the specific error (there are instructions somewhere on Microsoft's website). There is a way to correct that by booting into safe mode, renaming the profile for that user as a backup, and the safe mode profile as the current profile, but I do not remember exact details (and am currently in Linux).
