I got this deal on wish store for 15.00 yes that's what I said the item was 12.00 & the shipping was 5.00 , but the description is worded making you wander , is it saying you get a laptop that comes with either ram or USB disk , or is it saying you get either a laptop or just a disk , this is what they said in description ( 2021 New 15.6 Inch Gaming Laptops Intel J3455 Quad Core 1080P Netbook Windows 10 Computer 8GB RAM or USB 3.0 Flash Drives Metal U Disk )

It is a laptop. But you have your choice where you want it to come with traditional RAM memory that is build into the laptop, or whether you want it to use a USB disk that plugs into the side of the laptop instead.
Internal RAM memory is faster. But the USB would allow you to use it to transfer files between computers, etc.
Plus they had a version of Windows that can run from a USB stick. You could actually use that as your boot disk and OS for running the laptop.
