I believe all abiding citizens should be able to own guns. Anyone who has committed a felony of any sort should not have a gun. I believe a waiting period in mandatory to stop crimes of passion should someone decide to use a gun. Any type of gun sale has to have a background check on the person purchasing a gun and any time someone sells a gun to a other person without a background check or to a felon should be a asset to whatever crime the man commits with the gun.
Armslist.com should be taken down or have required background checks, along with gun shows. It is irresponsible to sell any guns without ensuring with responsibility that the person is not a criminal by doing a background check. Along with background checking all sales should be required to record the sale.

I think more law abiding citizens should be allowed to carry concealed weapons, to offset the criminals carrying weapons.

"Shall not be infringed" is pretty powerful and clear language. No, there should be no limits.
