If it hasn't yet, it's unlikely it will.
I did the cinnamon challenge actually, inhaled quite a bit from my coughing, and 2 months later I'm fine. I've been to the doctors about my long-time allergies (they do check lungs) and I'm fine, so I think you'll be.
