What about the entire cast for that matter lot Jackson Portman macgregor. I know it's been 10 years sense revenge of the sith came out but do they still get paid for it. I know episode 2 came out in 2002 so are they making money off that as well.

No. They were paid, but did not have royalty agreements.
The only things he would get royalties from are merchandise bearing his likeness, and then not very much.
