Am I pregnant?
Recently I went on a date with a man & I gave him a handjob & wiped my hands off cleanly but didn t have a chance to wash right away because we were in the car. But when I got back to my house I can t remember if I used the bathroom & didn t think to wash my hands. I have a irregular period schedule & normally start a week before im supposed too, & it s been a week now & haven t started yet but I ve been having all the regular period symptoms (cramping, acne, oily skin, tender breasts, back pains) but I haven t spotted or started at all. I have no access of buying a pregnancy test on my own.

You are not pregnant. HOW exactly do you think you could get pregnant from this? Even if ... somehow ... sperm survived on your hands for several hours, I trust that you use toilet paper and DON'T stuff your bare hands up your vagina when you wipe.
If you have irregular periods, you are not late. And if you have no way of getting to a store by yourself, you are clearly far too young to be doing anything sexual with a partner.

Yes you can buy a pregnancy test on your own...and no you cant get pregnant like that...
