my job is boring, i need your advice?
I am a graphic designer, I have been working at this company for 8 months now, but im the only graphic designer there, its becoming so boring lately, especially with all the noise going there, they are all engineers, we are about 7 employees working in a big office in the second floor, they talk too much, too much noise, i cant even concentrate to work on my project design, and if im calm while working they say hey man say something why don't you speak etc... its pretty annoying and everyday im like please shut up im trying to get my project done here !
I have another job offer but im afraid because 8 month at this company may not look good at my resume if I quit, what should I do ? I feel alone there no one to talk to about my designs !

I wouldn't worry about what this might look like on your resume. Your concerns are valid and anyone who can get a better job than this one should go ahead and do so--don't worry about your resume. You can explain to any new employer that the working environment was not conducive to productivity--and that you wanted to concentrate on your projects but couldn't due to many outside factors. This is completely understandable. Go get that better job and stop worrying.
