Am I a picky eater?

1. I'm a vegetarian on a low-sodium diet (so most foods are cut out like cheese, bread, processes foods and others). This is for health reasons

2. I only like whole-grain pasta ( I really like the texture). Also I only like my pasta Al dente

3. I only kinda like chocolate, and that's dark chocolate.

My favorite foods:

Rice, vegetables with olive oil

Penne Alfredo

Pita pocket

Cucumber rolls (like suchi, but made with cucumber)

If that is all you eat, then yes, you are a picky eater .

You need milk or a milk substitute with calcium. You need fruits and veggies .

    All you're eating is carbohydrates.

Don't worry about chocolate. There is no reason to eat it other than to feed your spirit and dark chocolate is the only really good chocolate !

Bread doesn't have much salt in it. I wouldn't use unsalted bread, thats just nasty. Easier to limit how much bread you eat.

My mother was on a very low salt diet and you need to be careful because there is salt in surprising items. Some bottled water has sodium added. Baking soda and baking powder often effect the body like salt does.

Are you picky? kind of but thats okay. As long as it doesn't effect your health, who cares?

No, I eat plenty more foods, like all fruits and veggies. I love almonds, cashews, basically all nut products. I eat hummus too. There's a lot more I will eat than not eat. These were just more stuck in my mind.

yes, you have a very UNHEALTHY diet there!

Iodine is added to table salt and is necessary to good thyroid health! Sea salt is unsanitary but has Iodine in it naturally.

as many people die from lack of salt as in stroke and heart disease from low to no sodium diets as do from over salting their foods. Health reasons? think again!

If you like the texture of whole grain stuffs you are welcome to it.

You do not have much in the way of proteins in your diet! Dried beans are loaded!
