when asking a question on YA, why is the category always wrong?
i always end up having to edit the category. for instance, i was in consumer elec>cell phones, and i asked a question concerning my lg. there was no ititial way to categorize and YA automatically placed my question in computer monitors.
i had to go back in and edit the category. why do i have to do this all the time

so YA chooses the category based on words in my text. LOL. you should be able to submit a question in whatever category you are currently in

You have always had to pick a category. Yahoo can not read your mind and it does the best it can with the words you used. Did you only use lg or did you say cell phone. Make sure you at least use the keywords of the category you want. They moved the picking to after posting so users could change it several times if they wished. Users asked for it.
