Do you prefer Hilary's rewriting of the tax code or Rand Paul's blowing up the tax code?

Rand's. Hillary doesn't have a plan, just a bunch of liberal sound bites. Plus Paul's plan might actually get through Congress.

Rand Paul does not understand that the infrastructure that we've provided and help to maintain makes virtually all profit possible.

Did Hillary actually write any legislation for this when she was a part of Congress, or is this just more rhetoric from someone that thinks after Bill earned 6 figures a year as president for 8 years that we'd think she was broke?

No tax code should be so complected that most can't fill it out .It's over 80,000 pages time to scrap it .
