The U.S. Russia is taking care of business helping eastern Ukraine fight the central Kiev government. Thats better than what the U.S. does, wreck whole countries, spend trillions of dollars on military and contractors.

Vladimir has a bad case of the Napoleon syndrome. His small schnitzel and short height have given the man an inferiority complex of Stalinist proportions. Russia can't afford and does not need to have an arms race with the west it will lose for a second time.

Nobody wants war, but Russia wants territory. Putin got the go-ahead to take advantage of America's weakness from Obama.

Russia signed the Treaty of Budapest in 1994.

Ukraine agreed to give up their nuclear weapons they inherited from the former Soviet Union.

Russia promised to never take Ukrainian Land.

Then Russia turned around and stole the Crimea.

Vladimir Putin is up to some crazy **** recently. So I'd probably say him. My friend said that he doesn't think its Vladimir Putin anymore. A few years ago he had a face lift. My friend said they killed the real president and used facial surgery to turn someone else into him. I'm not sure if that's true. But that sounds terrifying!
