I want to get in shape before I graduate to join the Air Force Academy.?
I almost 16, I'm about to start junior year. I want to go to the Air Force Academy, but I need to get in shape. I'm trying to think of a workout plan that I will stick to. I'm gonna start running everyday, adding .2 miles a day until I get to 5 miles. I need a plan for push ups, pull ups, sit ups, and sprints. Currently, my mile time is 8:30 at best, 32 push ups in a minute, 42 sit ups in a minute, shuttle run 11 seconds, and I can do 2 pull ups. I need to have a 7:35 mile, 41 push ups, 78 sit ups, 3 pul ups, and 9.7 second shuttle run. I'm doing life time conditioning next year when I switch schools, but I want to get a headstart during the summer. Any ideas?
