can i control time dilation with adrenaline rushes?

so iv been searching the internet about time dilation and found out it is a side effect of anxiety and fear. this has happend to me more than once the first occasion was when i was about 5 and i fell out of a tree. it felt like i was frozen for a few seconds before hitting the ground. the second, and most extreme case, was when i was on a ripstick (sort of like a skateboard) and a turned to sharp at full speed i froze in mid air for what felt like a few minutes enough time to decide on how to fall and what would happen. i endded up shattering my right arm, it dislocated my wrist and shoulder i broke all fingers my wrist and few ribs (i was going really fast and landed on cement) the last time it happend was at school and i wasnt in a life threatening situation i was in class and was reading a book outloud and everyone said i read it really fast. even the teacher was confused. so is it possible to harness this slow time thingy.
