What defines strength? What make someone push on, when everyone else quits? Are you strong?

    I am not that strong person mentally. However, when I feel here is a room for improvement and more possibility, I definitely try. I do not like giving up easily in life.

    Resiliency and a lot of grit and it helps to get a little bit pi$$ed off too. I have these qualities and am strong.

    Physical: having a lot of muscle mass

    Mental: to many factors to put in words.
