Why are some people so upset about gay marrige?

I'm personally against it because I believe it's wrong, because of religion. I care about this world and this new law just makes me think the world is coming to an end. Next they're gonna make stealing and murdering legal. You may think that they aren't related at all. That people are born gay, and people choose to steal/ murder. But being gay, murdering, and stealing are all choices. They're all sins.

It harms society, and its not natural.Same sex couples cannot produce children, which is another problem. Think about it, do animals mate in same sex couples? it would be very unlikely. Just to remind everyone, even when people commit homosexual acts, still be their friend. Even when the bible calls homosexuality an abomination, the bible also says to love the sinner and hate the sin.

On principle, I am not against it. That is perhaps the rational side of me. But then I just feel stupid, and irritated by this culture of gay which I find cartoony and dogish.

Because now that gay marriage is legalized, next is probably beastiality, would you gay freaks like that too? Having sex with animals huh? You gays probably would. You little weird freaks and your fetishes

Because people are nosey and if they aren't in your business they turn bitter and hateful

because they are closeted and aren't in a good place to "come out" so they chanel their jealousy into hate

If you have to ask you wouldn't understand .

So, anything that doesn't "harm me personally" is OK? Is that the reasoning?

It is detrimental to society and brainwashes children.

It makes me distraught how people can be so against gays, you can't help the way you are born. :'(
