Did I Just get Friendzoned?

Okay, so I was walking back from an engineering elective and we were talking about this girl who liked me (Like creepy likes me, but everyone thinks that it's mutual) And she suggested that I ask the other girl out. I'm really not that close to her, but I'm planning to later this year. I'm also bottom of the ladder. She's in the middle. Any suggestions on what I should do?
