I'm 15, and I'm moderately attractive, and just really confused,

I've had 2 perfectly nice, stable girls confess they have feelings for me, and I told them I have no feelings for them.

Instead I've been attracted to a girl that's slept with 15 guys, a girl who was a victim of rape and has more metal issues than fingers, and a girl who is suicidal and possibly insane.

I only feel something towards the ones with problems, I'm really confused

So, I was talking to this girl, a friend of a friend. We got to talking and she eventually talked about her past, and I talked to her well into 1 in the morning. She says she told me a lot more than she's told anyone, and trusts me a lot. It's kinda strange. And since she has a boyfriend, I kept my boundaries. But recently she confessed to me she has feelings for me. She's way out of my league, and I don't know why. I also feel guilty because her boyfriend has been nothing but nice to me, and even thanked me for helping her out. What do I do in this situation?
